The Sun Terrace on the roof is forbidden for children and any children using this area are doing so at their own risk and this is their guardian's responsibility.
Ryanair can offer excellent rates flying from Stanstead and Luton into Murcia airport which is the closest airport approximately 20 minutes door to door. Alternatively flights by easyjet from Gatwick fly into Alacante and this is approximately 45 minutes from Villa Martinh
It is an advantage to pre-book car hire to save time when arriving in Spain and to ensure you pay the cheapest rates and avoid disappointment. At the height of the seaon, booking a car at the airport should be avoided.

Refundable breakage deposit of £250.00 is required to secure booking, There is a cleaning charge which will be deducted from the initial deposit and remainder returned within 2 weeks subject to a satisfactory inspection and inventory check. The cleaning charge equates to 10 Euros per person but a minimum of 50 Euros. Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure or if it is a last minute booking, full payment will be required to secure booking.
